We take all reasonable precautions in the administration and maintenance of our on-line systems, however human error may at times occur in updating details. We will always work with the customer to reach the best possible outcome for both parties, should a problem arise.

Vintage changes are a normal occurrence, and often come without warning. We take great efforts to provide our customers with the vintages stated on this website, however due to the nature of our product, we may need to notify customers of vintage changes or substitutions before we despatch any items. It is also expected that our inventory or our suppliers` inventory will become unexpectedly depleted of stock items. In this case, allow ourselves to contact the customers to discuss alternatives.

Prices include 7,7% Swiss-VAT, and are shown in Swiss Francs ( CHF ) per unit. Any onward delivery charges, and duties, if, and when applicable, will be added to the price per unit and charged as appropriate upon shipment. Prices in currencies on the website other than Swiss Francs ( CHF ), if shown, are for informational purposes only and do not represent any offer by VINOH.Club or any binding conversion rate. All wines are offered subject to market movement and to remaining unsold.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and before collection/shipment. All invoices must be paid in full including any bank commission fees, if any, that may be deducted. VINOH.Club will only accept payments in Swiss Francs ( CHF ). In the event of non-payment or partial payment of an account within the specified terms, we reserve the right to cancel and charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the outstanding amount.
Direct Bank Transfer – Upon receipt of your order, you will receive all necessary information to make the bank transfer corresponding to said order/invoice to our company account. Upon receipt of payment on said account, your order will be final and the goods will be shipped in accordance to our terms and conditions.

VINOH.Club will remain proprietor of the goods until full payment. No collection nor delivery of the goods will be allowed until full payment of the sums are received.

VINOH.Club undertakes the proper safekeeping and storage of wines in its possession but is not responsible or liable for the state and condition of the wines or whether the wine corresponds to the quality which might be expected from its description. Nevertheless, in the case of a damage and/or problem, we invite you to contact us and we will try to identify the best way to jointly solve any arising issue.

Orders have to be made through the homepage, via e-mail or telephone. If orders are made verbally, they will be confirmed with an invoice. Any discrepancies must be communicated to VINOH.Club within 07 (seven) days.
VINOH.Club has the right to (i) cancel the order or (ii) adjust the prices following any delay in payment or any increase in taxes, duties or shipping. No reminder nor ‘Notice to Pay’ shall occur.

No deliveries during Swiss National and Vaud Cantonal Holidays, when Post Swiss is closed and/or when explicitly advised in our website.

Orders will be delivered as follows:
Delivery is made by Post Swiss to the indicated delivery address in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein within 3 – 6 working days, after full payment is confirmed.
Delivery in Vevey/Corseaux – min. 03 ( three ) bottles, free of charge.

By placing an order with VINOH.Club, the buyer confirms that he or she meets the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in the country where he or she lives, in special Switzerland. If VINOH.Club concludes by any reason that the buyer is not legally entitled to purchase alcohol, VINOH.Club shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately and without notice.

VINOH.Club is not liable for any defect of the goods, except for the right to replace if the damage and/or problem was caused by VINOH.Club´s sole and exclusive fault. VINOH.Club’s liability for any other failure to perform its obligations is limited to damages caused by gross negligence or intention. Nevertheless, in the case of a damage and/or problem, we invite you to contact us and we will try to identify the best way to jointly solve any arising issue.

By registering on the website www.vinoh.club, you agree that your personal data may be stored and used for information and promotional purposes by VINOH.Club.

VINOH.Club will only pass on its data to third parties if this is necessary for a proper execution of an order (logistics company) resp. to ensure the payment is collected properly. (collection company)

a) “Session“-Cookies/ “Persistent”-Cookies
